Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling using hand/power tools
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing under supervisor guidance
- Erect scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers per OSHA standards
- Operate light machinery (compactors, jackhammers) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of debris responsibly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen to support workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related labor experience
- Valid O-10 construction card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction terminology
- Strong work ethic with punctual, dependable attendance record
- Pass pre-employment physical and background screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
