Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various project duties
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Follow instructions from site managers and team leads
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills
