Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks on commercial/residential construction sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Complete daily site inspections and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong stamina for outdoor work
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
