Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pours and finishes
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) per OSHA standards
- Install structural framing and MEP components
- Implement erosion control and site safety protocols
- Perform demolition and debris removal operations
- Read technical blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain equipment calibration and daily inspection logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly
- Confident operating power tools (sawzall, jackhammer)
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
