Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized worksites
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operate light equipment
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to changing project conditions and weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
