Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment with proper lifting techniques
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks as directed
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal after work shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctual weekend availability
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate in team environments
