Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring and framing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) regularly
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Physical stamina for outdoor/remote work
- Basic tool operation proficiency
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Strong teamwork communication skills
