Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including excavation, demolition, and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations strictly to ensure a hazard-free site.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with reading blueprints when possible.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
