Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, hand saws)
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and instructions
- Load/un construction materials safely
- Maintain organized work areas and safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespersons with various tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge helpful
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
- OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed)
