Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks under supervisor guidance
- Assist carpenters with framing, scaffolding setup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support demolition, debris removal, and site preparation activities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
