Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations following blueprints
- Install and maintain structural frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary supports
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, compactors) with OSHA compliance
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and hazardous material handling
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and blueprint interpretation skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
