Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, boots, gloves)
- Perform light demolition, excavation support, and debris removal
- Adhere to blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Contribute to team productivity through reliable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
