Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain site standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
Qualifications
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Francisco
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
