Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites (clearing debris, setting up safety barriers)
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and material specifications
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and manual excavation
- Complete daily shift reports and time logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
