Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized, clean job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional weekday availability
- No prior experience required – training provided
