Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, concrete work, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain hazard-free work zones
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Transport materials via forklifts or manual loading/unloading
- Document daily progress and report site issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Drug-free and pass background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
