Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) under certified supervision
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain precise measurements and alignments for concrete/pouring operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians) on integrated tasks
- Document daily progress via digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience OR trade school certification
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Class B driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and operate in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
