Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, demolition, and cleanup
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment before/during shifts
- Support site logistics including material inventory and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Columbus area
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
