Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (forklifts, excavators, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Conduct site inspections and report safety hazards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Adhere to project blueprints and specifications
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
