Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, digging, and basic installations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to execute tasks accurately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report any hazards immediately
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform general cleanup and site restoration after project completion
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across New York
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in teams
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
