Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Install and remove scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance on all tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Load/unload materials safely using proper lifting techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Experience with concrete pouring, rebar, or framing preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Availability for 8-12 hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
