Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts safely
- Construct and install structural frameworks following blueprints and OSHA standards
- Perform material handling, equipment maintenance, and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
