Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain organized job sites through debris removal and equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Support emergency response during weather-related project disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Francisco County
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory management
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
