Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Adhere to OSHA/TOSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project execution
- Maintain organized job sites through waste management and equipment maintenance
- Complete daily productivity logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
