Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, concrete pouring, and framing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Assist in equipment operation (skid steers, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts (6am-6pm Sat/Sun)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain required safety certifications (provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fort Worth metro area
- Pass background/driving record check
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
