Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment from job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Perform trenching, excavation, and debris removal as needed
- Set up/break down temporary scaffolding and safety barriers
- Collaborate with crews to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid U.S. work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to wear PPE
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and commitment to weekend availability
