Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and structural installations with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) following OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and hazardous material compliance
- Read blueprints and adjust to daily project requirements
- Perform site prep and cleanup between shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 1+ years construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
