Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Load/unconstruction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
