Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for precise task execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and basic concrete work as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid O-10 or similar construction safety certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
