Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and construction tasks
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols rigorously
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete work as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Contribute to site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
