Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating equipment
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Physical stamina for extended standing, bending, and lifting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
