Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks per project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with certification
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and managing waste disposal
- Assist in scaffolding setup and structural support installations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience in commercial/residential projects
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification and forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in finishing work
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurement
