Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized, hazard-free work zones
- Assist skilled trades in carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing operations
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in weekend project milestones and deadline-driven workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification a plus
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
