Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Perform site preparation tasks including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and basic tasks
- Follow detailed project plans and safety protocols
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
