Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and tool management
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and operating basic equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and dispose of debris responsibly
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical work
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM
