Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and debris removal
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Load/unuck trucks and organize job site supplies
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks: digging, lifting, carrying materials
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations
- Document daily progress and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Basic construction or labor experience preferred (training available)
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts in varying weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
