Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and rough framing.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans when necessary.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
