Job Overview
You will assist our skilled carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in various residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
