As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, working alongside experienced journeymen to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools safely.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, grading, and leveling.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
