Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, lumber, and tools.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Support framing, drywall, painting, or concrete pouring tasks as assigned.
- Transport materials between storage areas and the job site.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
