Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment on and off trucks, trailers, and work sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris and trash.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and understand basic job site instructions and blueprints.
- Maintain a high level of physical stamina and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
