Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials safely and efficiently on the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (such as saws, drills, and compressors) under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and setup.
- Perform basic excavation, digging, and site preparation duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but is not strictly required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
