Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction activities.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment under direct supervision when required.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company guidelines strictly.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to facilitate safe operations.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project specifications and blueprints.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
