Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites daily, ensuring safety compliance
- Support skilled tradesmen with basic tasks like digging, leveling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage of tools and materials
- Complete daily equipment and site inspections
- Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driverâs license preferred but not mandatory
