Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including carpenters, electricians, and project managers
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or related field experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth Metroplex
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with excavation, demolition, or concrete work preferred
