Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in excavation, grading, and site clearing to prepare for construction activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Trade Support: Provide hands-on support to carpenters, framers, and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic heavy machinery or power tools (such as skid steers, drills, and saws) under supervision.
- Demolition: Assist in tearing down structures and removing debris responsibly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs, and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and communicate with the crew.
