Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and forklifts (as certified).
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks on-site.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and debris from delivery trucks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
