Responsibilities
- Perform Manual Labor: Assist with digging, lifting, carrying materials, and preparing construction sites.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic construction tools, forklifts, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris and hazards.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and load/unload construction materials efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Kansas City, MO location.
