Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, digging, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic Operations: Operate basic machinery and tools (such as forklifts, jackhammers, and saws) under the supervision of a certified operator.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and cleanup protocols.
- Trade Support: Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons as needed.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero experience who are eager to learn and willing to work hard.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Equipment: Own or willing to purchase basic steel-toed work boots and safety glasses.
