Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- General Labor: Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and operating basic power tools.
- Measurements: Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed by the site supervisor.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the crew and foreman to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: No prior experience required! We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
